Firestarter

Ladybird, ladybird, fly away home

Your house is on fire and your children are gone

All except one, and that's Little Anne

For she has crept under the warming pan.

I've just seen one of these in the garden: Exochomus 4-pustulatus, the Pine Ladybird. Striking isn't it?

  1. Are you saying you've got crabs?

    FIRST!

  2. No.

It's a fucking ladybird. Get over it.

  3. Well I think it's a lovely ladybird.

[Piggy - do you prefer slugs or something?]

  4. I think it's pretty - it looks like it would make a nice little pair of cufflinks.

Wasn't there something a little while ago about Piggy preferring bin bags or something?

  5. I've seen cufflinks like that.

    Bin bags?

  6. Ah yes, the bin bag.

That was in reference to the size of Piggy's starfish, wasn't it?

  7. No. It wasn't.

That would've been Princess Muffin's starfish.

  8. In October? the world has gone mad!

It doesn't look like an English ladybird, probably an immigrant

  9. Tim: Are you saying you need glasses?

    P&T: Philostine.

Snooze: Piggy probably does prefer the taste of slugs.

    T-Bird: Tiny little cufflinks.

    For tiny little Piggy!

MJ: It certainly was. Although maybe a bodybag would have been more appropriate?

    Piggy: See above.

Frobi: It was very balmy here in Norwich yesterday, hence all the immigrants being out & about.

  11. I can imagine why you'd be so worried.

The Spot Fairy left a little something a couple of days ago actually, but so far I've resisted the temptation.

  12. I'll not ask where abouts they visited.

  13. Ladybug! Suppose to bring good luck!
Incidentally, I went to Ladybird Middle School!--named after a former first lady, not the insect; that's former US president's wife, not a winner of a lady race or a pageant of sorts...

  14. Is that one of those nasty, foreign ladybirds that are vicious and cruel, and bite people, and kill off all the proper, British ladybirds?

  17. Getting back to all things starfish - how does it get bigger than a bin liner????

  18. Tell her IVD.

Tell her how your starfish gets bigger than a bin liner.

  21. Tara - he nicked it from someone else - the dozy cunt can only take b&w pics from a cheap throwaway camera from the 99p shop.

  22. And then he takes fucking ages to develop them.

    Badly!
