Aaargh, indeed! The looming mid-summer has been on my mind this past week or so. How has the year gone so quickly? How? Why?!
And, yes, it has been hot. Although, I suspect you've enjoyed far hotter temps than here - the North East wind has kept things a little cooler. I've just come back from the allotment and it was bloody boiling (it is very sheltered there, though)!
Soon be Christmas. June? Crikey. I ought to get my finger out. I am trying multi-tasking on multi-screens as I type, so lord knows where my finger will end up. Sx
When I saw your post tittle, I freaked out a bit because I thought you were saying good bye to Blogville!! *whew* Glad y'all had great weather for the 3 day weekend. It was overcast and not as warm as normal here. xoxo
Oh, sorry, Savvy! I must admit, When I published this, I did wonder if anyone would think I'm jacking it all in - especially after not being around much lately.
I just did some behind the scenes magic to see if I could shrink it down to a more tolerable size. I consider pretty much everything open to experimentation. Curious to see how long before the RSS feed refreshes to reload it.
Yes happy June. Still no Speedo picture though, despite the wonderful weather 😉
ReplyDeleteMaybe this month? I did buy a new pair of trunks earlier in the year, and they need an airing. Or watering...
DeleteI'm all excited!
DeleteI should think that by the time I get around to slipping them on, your excitement will have waned to a languid indifference.
DeleteYou know that I'm perpetually like a dog with two tails dear boy.
DeleteHot, wasn't it?!
ReplyDeleteI love the sunshine... Jx
PS June already? That means in just three weeks it's MID-summer, and the nights start drawing in again! Aaargh!

It was hot, hot, hot in Essex! Jx
DeleteHence the shorts in your photo?! My shorts might come out in July...
DeleteI'll be in shorts at every opportunity from now till September, if the weather stays at a reasonable temperature... Jx
DeleteSoon be Christmas.

Aaargh! Christmas!!
DeleteMind where you're poking!
Looking forward to celebrating Midsummer. Naked.
ReplyDeleteDo you have to warn the neighbours, or are they used to it by now?
DeleteI spent the day at the prairie... I was in heaven. Blue skies. And just enough foot traffic to keep my interest. Pull up to the bumper, baby!
ReplyDelete"And drive it in between"...
DeleteHave a good rest of the week!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Melanie - you, too! Day off tomorrow, so I'm hoping for more of the same weather-wise.

DeleteCan we make Aidan Turner that big?
DeleteSx
Finally. Something we don't have to "click to enlarge."
DeleteTrust you, Scarlet!
ReplyDeleteIf Ms Scarlet gets a giant Aidan, then I want a giant Jake Gyllenhaal!
DeleteSun at last and so far 'Flaming June' is living up to it's name.
ReplyDeleteQuite the scorcher!
