Ooh, what's this?
Why, the business end of one of these, of course!
Wait a minute... I don't remember ordering a craply shredded tarot magazine.
Ah, that's better. Beneath that packaging was this:
a little model Starship Cerritos (and accompanying booklet)
WHOA!!! I thought the first pic was an image from.a horror movie, sweetpea! Good to know it's only an orchid! How did a shredded magazine stay together like that??? Enquiring minds want to know! xoxo
ReplyDeleteI can only imagine that the mag was too thick for the shredder? It looks like those Xmas paper garland decorations that you pull apart to create the long garland. I'm going to give it a go and see what happens. But not before I've tried reading it!
DeleteI thought the first picture was of a jam sponge pudding with custard similar to what the maid maid during the week, gave me indigestion.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like Carmen's custard curdled.
DeleteOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHH! Greed activated! Mouth watering! (I mean keep the orchid;; you have a model of the CERRITOS OMGWTFBBVQ)
ReplyDeleteWhen I first saw the Cerritos, I thought it was ungainly and awkward, but I soon grew to love it! I've wanted a model for ages, but the Eaglemoss one was very expensive, then the company went bust not long after releasing it which meant that the second-hand ones are even more so!
DeleteFortunately, this little Master Replicas version was relatively cheap ("only" £30) and comes with an insightful little magazine/booklet.
Ok...I picked the orchid ( though it did look like some kid's melted ice cream) and tradescantia. But I'll leave you and Steve to squabble over the Starship.Play nicely. kids!
ReplyDeleteMuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuummm!!! Steve won't give me my starship back! Make her give it back!!!!! She's getting it dirty! Muuuuuummmm!!!!
