I know I said at the end of the previous post that I'd probably do a Garden Photos Event reminder next, but I took Bitey along the beach (what little there was of it due to the high tide) to the End-of-the-Line this morning and: Cormorants!
Hang on. That's not a cormorant...
That's a lot of shags on one trip to the beach!

DeleteNot both?
DeleteAccording to reports there's going to be something happening in the sky tonight, Perseid meteor shower and possibly the Northern Lights, that's something to look forward to.
ReplyDeleteI did glance out of my window, Mitzi, but it was rather overcast here, typically.
DeleteI want a Cormorant!!! They should come and visit me. Though I seem to have had all the Rooks this year.
ReplyDeleteWonderful pics, Mr Devine!

That would explain why I've only seen one or two rooks, then. And no debonair men entering my boudoir through the window.
DeleteCrows, on the other hand...
That airplane flew North by Northwest, no doubt about it.
ReplyDeleteWell, actually...
Delete(It was heading South by Southwest)
I heartily approve of being interrupted on the internet by pictures of Cormorants!
ReplyDeleteI think the internet would be a much better place with more cormorant interruptions.
DeleteI should try and get some pics of the green parrots that live around here! I love your photos, sweetpea! xoxo
ReplyDeleteOoh, yes do, Savvy! There used to be some green ring-necked parakeets around here, but I haven't seen or heard any for a few years now.
