Very quickly, here's the latest in my series of Rutherford action figures - from Star Trek: Lower Decks "Parth Ferengi's Heart Place", I give you:
Chocolate Romance Edition Rutherford
[The colour's a bit washed out due to the terrible lighting here (storm outside, and indoor lights are useless), so I might have to try this again on a nicer day.]
EDIT 12/12/2024 : Here's the nicer day version ~
Here are some screencaps from the episode so you can see where my inspiration came from:
Best friends, Rutherford and Tendi, have to pretend to be a couple on their honeymoon in order to experience Lobe's Lodge's romantic offerings so that they can write a review for Starfleet's travel guide. It does not go according to plan, needless to say.
Rutherford and Tendi are presented with chocolate statuettes of each other which they have to eat, much to their embarassment.

You are so naughty, one of those artists who turns the comics dirty...I love it!!! Now where are the drawings we aren't seeing???? And the little cup like thing in the upper right looks like something I'd stuff my goodies into.
ReplyDeleteFortunately, Lower Decks is NOT for kids, so I don't have to extrapolate very much... [The drrawings you're not seeing are in my private collection, of course!]
DeleteYou're right about the "little cup thing"!
Must be Mocha Mousse.
ReplyDeleteHa!
DeleteI only understood your comment, Mago, because I noticed this article on the BBC the other day.
Delete*biting my lip* xoxo
ReplyDeleteOh dear, Savvy. I hope it didn't hurt? Some warm, melted chocolate should soothe it...
DeleteWell, this has made me weirdly flustered, and in need of some hot chocolate!
ReplyDeleteToo early!
I hope your storm has passed.
Sx
You're not the only one!
DeleteAnd, yes, the storm has passed. The only "casualty" was the owl box formerly in the big sycamore behind the house - it is now smashed to smithereens behind the fence.
What in the utter? Chocolate? I can put him in my mouth?????
ReplyDeleteBut of course, Mr Tonking. Careful you don't choke, though - he's quite sizeable!
DeleteAnother great job on the Lower Deck's art and this time it even includes chocolate, yum!
ReplyDeleteIf only more things included chocolate!
