"Pamela Anderson will not be invited."*

Good news everybody! Ms Scarlet in the Pantry with the Can-Opener, the unofficial and unauthorised biography of our very own Ms Scarlet is published today - Just in time for her birthday!

And, being the attentive and sharing witch that I am, I have at my disposal an exclusive excerpt from chapter ten "A Day In The Life". You won't find this using amuze.bouke.cusp's 'Look Inside' feature!

As always, just click the pics to embigulate to, if not prodigious, then at least quite large (and readable) proportions.

  Happy birthday, Ms Scarlet!

And to partake in more birthday celebrations - this time with lashings of Aidan Turner (yes, him barely wearing that tiny towel in my sidebar) - visit The Very Mistress here.

  2. If invited to this year's soirée, I'm not falling for that con job like last year where I had to clean the poop deck because I had "nautical experience." Jeez.

    Happy Birthday Miss Scarlet!

  5. Is there any leftover custard tart?

    1. Sadly not. Ms Scarlet forgot her reading glasses and mistook it for Vaseline. See her reply to Norma, below - The place is absolutely covered in congealed custard!

    1. Vaseline, Ms Norma!! Smear it everywhere. Employ others to run ahead to smear it on mirrors and windows that you may pass on your shopping trips. Vaseline is also jolly good for the knees, and eyelashes.

  9. A work of love, IDV ! Thank you for this peep into "A Day in the Life" of our heroine.
I wonder about the whereabouts of the Canadian frock.

    1. I bought the book so you don't have to!

Typically, the book doesn't further mention the Canada-bound gown. Maybe it'll sell well enough for there to be a sequel? You'd better buy a copy, after all!
