It's all a bit pants, really

The Grand and Circular Payshos of Hexenhäusli Device on Friday.  But wait - what's that on the table?

It must be the time of year, Mitzi.  Not only did I find my nephew's pants on the paysho table on Friday, but on this morning's walk with Bitey another two pairs of pants made themselves known:

This pair on the High Street looked like they belonged to another child.

Whereas this pair dropped on the old railway line between Cromer and Overstrand were adult sized.  Overstrand is obviously up there with Chester, Jon.

In other news: Bitey managed a whole walk without killing anything.  Although he did find this dead muntjac on the beach - handily already half buried!

  1. Forget the pants (and the dead deer) - what I want to know is what is that shaggy-leaved large plant just behind the table and chairs, between the fern and the fatsia? Jx

    1. That, dear Jon, is a Ligularia przewalskii - as seen here and here. (I'll hopefully have some better photos this year.)

    3. Only when they're not in the sun - they're terrible wilters when it's warm & sunny.

  2. And all the pants are navy blue! How peculiar. We are obviously being sent a message from the blogging gods to hold a Show Us Your Blue Pants caption competition! Thankfully I don't own any blue pants, so I can sit this one out.

P.S I wonder if Jon often forgets his pants?

    3. Jon was rather quick to move past the pants, wasn't he, Ms Scarlet. I wonder, indeed!

A pant'O', dear Mago? You're not looking to be half a pantomime horse/cow again, are you?

  5. I didn't see any pants during my wanderings today. Is it only the Brits going pantless?

    1. Apparently so, Very Mistress. Must be all the hot weather we've had recently?

  7. I think those Versace undies could be ladies, their sizes often appear in numbers I once had to sift through my mother's underwear drawer looking for size 12s when she had a stay in hospital. I am sure Scarlet will be overjoyed to receive them after they've been laundered and pressed of course.

    1. Well, yes, they must be washed and pressed before the fun begins!
