Tails and Orbs and Fairy Rings

Just dropping off some photos from a couple of Bitey walks (as vaguely requested by The Very Mistress, here): the sun setting over the trees set are from Saturday, and the fairy ring and sea set are from lunch time today.  The musical accompaniment - "Locked Out of Heaven" by Bruno Mars -  is only featuring because it popped into my mind while swimming this morning.

Orb!  Or Camera artefact...

Tail!  Definitely not a camera artefact.

Perhaps Bitey is causing these orbs?

Looks like someone had a rough trip through this fairy ring.  I'm hoping for their sake that it was upon exit as who knows where they would have ended up with this many broken stipes and pilei upon entry?

There's that tail again.

No, I don't know why there's a limpet in the woods either.  Crows or children, I suspect.
Bitey didn't give two figs as he was busy digging up a wantitump in the hopes of finding a moldewarp.

Anyway, we eventually made our way down to the seafront.

Groyne!

  1. Bitey's being followed by a sprite! That'll teach him for targeting the moldewarps... Jx

    1. I shall have to keep an eye on them as Bertie has a tendency to stop suddenly to sniff something, so that sprite is likely to end up in his bum if it's not paying attention!

  2. Stunning pictures Mr DeVice. Your pictures want to make me grab you by the hand, spread out a wool plaid tartan blanket from the Plaid Room from the Infomaniac of course, where we can lie down and relax with some wine in those lovely autumnal fields. Maybe we can enjoy some meat sticks with our wine......just lie there now and relax Mr DeVice........and yes, it's normal for us to remove our clothes......

    1. Thank you, Mistress Maddie, and what a lovely scenario. However, it can be somewhat chilly in the evening at this time of year, so we may have to huddle together to keep warm...
