This is a very special Garden Photos Event post in commemoration of Dinahmow's blog friend, Sue, who lost her battle with cancer at the end of September. Dinah asked if we could feature Sue's garden in Canberra, Australia, as she left it at the onset of spring which I thought was a lovely idea.

I think Sue's garden has given those of us in the Northern Hemisphere, whose gardens are going to sleep, something to look forward to. Thank you for suggesting this, Dinah.
Thank you for sharing Sue’s garden. It was always an amazing place for a virtual visit amongst the birds… as well as treks to visit the kangaroos in the park. She is greatly missed by many and would feel honored by your generosity.

ReplyDeleteHi Laura - I always loved Sue's posts on a Sunday - her view of the natural life, with a few balloons, bubbles, 'roos etc. I was also very grateful she hosted Words for Wednesdays. Her Service was a pleasure to listen to ... I linked across to it in my second tribute to her. Good to see you and thanks for remembering Sue - here .... cheers Hilary

ReplyDeleteMy god....what a spectacular showing!!!!!!!! I hope she got to see the anenomes and ranunculus...my two all-time favorites and one's I have no luck with.
